Tasks
- Activity in the Berlin-Brandenburg region.
- Economical deployment planning of personnel, equipment and materials .
- Implementation of occupational health and safety measures .
- Coordination with site management in compliance with technical and economic specifications .
- Completed vocational training as a foreman in building construction or a comparable qualification in the construction industry .
- First experience as a foreman in building construction is welcome .
- Driving license min. class B
- Social and leadership skills .
- Communication skills, negotiation skills and assertiveness .
- Independent and structured way of working .
- Teamwork skills. Sense of responsibility and entrepreneurial thinking .
