The former cowshed and the adjoining building, the so-called Schweitzerhaus, are listed buildings.

The attic storey of the cow house was converted for use, with rafters remaining visible in the interior for the most part.

The renovation and reinforcement of the roof construction for the planned extension took place. The roof structure was completely rebuilt in some areas and the wooden beam ceilings were renovated, wooden substructures for floor superstructures were created and floor boards were laid in various areas as floor coverings.
