The listed building complex of the Victoria Mill on the Spree River was converted and expanded for commercial use.
The construction project, which was divided into two construction phases, comprised a three-storey extension of the grain store, installation of new ceilings in the flour store over 7 floors, installation of an elevator shaft, new stairwells and extensive interior finishing work.
