The historical Settlement Lindenhof was founded between 1918 and 1921 under the leadership of Martin Wagner. Today it is one of the most famous settlements in Berlin.
In several streets we carried out extensive redevelopment measures; among others attic demolition and reconstruction of the roof construction, strengthening of the wooden beam ceilings above the upper floors and extension of the attics with maisonettes.
